I worked at Reynolds and Reynolds full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great products and some pretty great people.

Cons

Big, cumbersome organization. Slow to move and poor communicator to the field people.
Also - they force field sales people to "punch in" and "punch out" all day long. It's the dumbest thing I have ever seen in 15+ years in sales, and it is counter productive and insulting to their great sales professionals.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get more involved with the people in the field and react quicker to what's going on in the marketplace.
