Working on projects that I'd never be able to in a more established technology department.

Cons

The pay (but at least I have a job, which is better than most nowadays)

Advice to Senior Management

Hire more people and don't use the NOC as the entry level position! Should go PC Support/NOC/SysOPS/etc...
