I worked at Reynolds and Reynolds full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Weekends - when you weren't working.

Cons

Where do I start ... After hours "desk inspections" by management, no raises for years and years, The CEO would call "all hands meetings" to tell us who to vote for in local and national elections, upper management wears badges that say "EXECUTIVE" on their shirt so employees can show appropriate respect, no hard drives - everything is stored on common drives so it can be "reviewed" in case someone decides to do something personal on their work computer. If your resume is found on a job site you are fired immediately. the absolute worst work environment with a culture of fear and bullying that I have ever seen.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time to retire Mr. Brockman- please sell the company and you and all of your minions can - let this company be great again.

I worked at Reynolds and Reynolds full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed the people on my team, but everybody that I knew hated working there unless they were at least a supervisor.

    Cons

Management did not care about you. Personally, my supervisor was very scatter-brained and would forget meeting specifics half an hour later.

I worked at Reynolds and Reynolds part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Well the pay is good you start off above minimum pay $9.50

    Cons

Very hard to move up if part time, they don't like to make you fulltime. They say that they love to upgrade within, not 100% true.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more to full timers, move people up like you say you will do. Don't say someone that is working there is not qualified for a job if they want to switch departments.
