Managers are not allowed to manage, the new regieme micromanages everything from what type of shoes are worn to what micro percentage a salary raise (or decrease) should be

Advice to Senior Management

Realize that this is the new millenium & that dictators are not respected or tolerated for long... Reducing customer, disallowing sales, and expecting employees to jump through hoops doesn't make for a strong company with customer respect... even ADP doesnt worry about us anymore
