    Pros

personally, the best reason is that it's close to home. There's an onsite gift shop and a cafeteria to go to when the weather is cruddy. Professionally speaking, there really is nothing positive about it anymore since Brockman took over.

    Cons

    employees are treated like children
    no opportunity for growth
    impossible goals
    low pay
    below average benefits
    Big Brother mentality
    "Good Ol' Boy" network
    creativity not encouraged

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat your employees with respect and this company may turn around. If your employees are unhappy you will not be successful.
