ProsA well respected company since 1866, Reynolds and Reynolds offers stability and innovation, a rare combination in the current market.

ConsThey do put one through a rigorous screening process to get to the point of hiring, but it's worth it.

    Good starting point for entry-level associates

    Pros: It's a good place for college graduates to get started in their career… Cons: Low employee morale. CEO decides everything before anything happens. Non-competitive salaries.     Do not work here if you want job satisfaction

    Pros: personally, the best reason is that it's close to home. There's an onsite gift shop and a cafeteria to go… Cons: employees are treated like children no opportunity for growth impossible goals low pay below… Advice to Senior Management: treat your employees with respect and this company may turn around.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
