Pros

The people are great - smart, dedicated and passionate about the Rhapsody products and members. Fun, casual and flexible work environment. Management at all levels are approachable and open to feedback. It's easy to know most of the people you work with, close team environment.

Cons

Some benefits lacking - 401k match, tuition reimbursement. Open office environment - while mostly positive, can be distracting at times.

Advice to Senior Management

Add a 401k match!
