Pros

Autonomy to create solutions and bring new ideas to the table. No finger pointing. CEO is rock solid. Management is open to innovation.

Cons

Antiquated HR policies. The corporate office is stuck in the 80's....salaries are lagging significantly, benefits are below average, dress code is obsolete, and more. Lack of employee training. Many manual processes. Lacking expertise in numerous business areas, but also means "opportunity".

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Embrace new technology that will simplify processes, but focus first on improving your HR policies. HR is completely out of touch with the marketplace.

    Dynamic, multicultural, flexible hours if you meet your targets

    Cons

    Unethical and disrespectful management, unprofessional work environment, no real opportunities for career growth, salaries 30-40% below UK market, no benefits, complicated commission structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Market correction badly needed on salaries, get trained managers, do not tolerate disrespectful treatment to your employees by middle management, appreciate your employees by compensating them adequately.
