Good benefits, many career opportunities, good pay.
Cons
Working alot gets in the way of family time and personal life. Get hassled about wanting to take vacation time.
Advice to Senior Management
Get some better equipment. People should be able to take vacation when they want. Don't schedule downtime on holidays.
