I have been working at Rich Products as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Very friendly atmosphere, business casual clothing, quality & competitive benefits, amazing culture

Cons

May take a while to move up the ladder. People love to stay at a great company which means fewer people leaving, fewer openings and therefore fewer opportunities for quick advancement. This is a place for the patient.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Interact more with the lower level employees. It seems unintentional because they are so busy, but a few nice words go a long way in building relationships with your leaders of the future.

I have been working at Rich Products full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Definately a family atmosphere, on site gym, daycare on site, tuition reimbursement, constant free food around & just a wonderful atmosphere where they really offer development & training opportunities

    Cons

Pay a bit lower than other companies

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay people based on worth- if they deserve a mid year raise because they should be making more- do so. Don't short change someone because they may not know they are underpaid.

I worked at Rich Products part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly culture, lots of free food! Massive corporation had a community feel, which was surprising considering its size. Pretty much everyone was welcoming and there was a good mix of older and younger employees so you should feel comfortable.

    Cons

Nepotism is huge, so it can be difficult to break in if your position is currently held by someone's family member. Also, many people gain weight just because there are so many events that involve Rich's rich food.
