Bunch of morons at the director level with no foresight to see technology as an enabler in the current bad economic condition
People who been here for the last 20+ years have been grandfathered in to their titles and have no real world experience except for very few.
Mom & pop shop type mentality and members of management don’t think they are answerable to share holders other than Chairman.
Internal politics and personnel agenda of a few is affecting the growth of this company.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management should eliminate dead- wood and some of the directors and VP's who have been here more than 10 years.
Should bring in new blood and talent to revitalize the company
