-My department and coworkers were fantastic
-Company culture was great with lots of activities to get everyone involved: Dragon Boat Race, Company BBQ, Christmas Party, ticket draws for concerts and events at the MTS Centre, Halloween Costume contest
-Downtown location, easy to access by bus
-Revamped benefits program
-Newly established gym membership program with GoodLife

Cons

-It's hard to move up in the company as most roles are already filled
-If you have an entrepreneurial mind or want to try new things, you might have a hard time since everyones role is specifically defined since it is such a large company
-No company cafeteria/lounge space
