Pros

If you want to work in grain handling or crop input sales they might be the only game in town, depending on where you live. However if you can manage drive a bit further to get treated a whole lot better.

Cons

Richardson has no regard for employment law, negotiated employee contracts or even their own Human Resource policy. They do not care about work/life balance, or if they use up as many fresh faced right out of university or college employees. The Human Resources department has no regard for confidential inquiries, nor do they care about the employees side of the story.

Advice to Senior Management

Consider treating your employees with some common decency and respect and maybe you would not have nearly 20 vacancies in Sales across the prairies.
