Clueless management from the top down! Does not recognize the 'best of the best' - read Peter Principle on Wikipedia.

I worked at Richmond American Homes full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Time spent with the somewhat, occasional appreciative buyer - Pretty houses when all is said and done.

    Cons

Repetitive training in the same area, waste of money/time! Poor training. Construction environment. No life balance. No reward. Co makes stupid choices and it's hard to see it happening all around you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Read Peter Principle on Wikipedia - you are a living example - stop wasting money on the training you have in place.
