Pros

The Pro and only pro is that there is the illusion that you can make a load of money, only the top guys do but even they have a bad month and hear it from upper management.

Cons

Everyone in the place will stab you in the back to make themselves look better.
Hours suck
managers are terrible
training is terrible
turnover

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to care about your employees, you dont realize that when you lose an employee you lose sales!!! You lose the sales that will be missed when you are training the new guys and they dont know what theyre doing yet...

I have been working at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet full-time

    Pros

The pay is alright, but nowhere near as much as you might make elsewhere. Sales volume is good so you do get enough opportunities to talk to customers.

    Cons

Endless meetings, average pay, high turn over, and long hours. You will find yourself working 70 to 80 hours per week and 6 to 7 days per week. Not much of a balance between work and home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher qualified employees and invest in them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
