Pros

Dedicated, highly skilled staff who have a combo of real world business experience and aren't just academic preachers. Consultants are flexible in how they approach problems and come up with innovative ideas for resolution in helping clients reach the next stage of growth.

Cons

The bureaucratic tangles one has from being owned by a huge parent company. Leadership not all in alignment.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire consultative sales people with industry experience.

    I worked at Right Management as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very professional and service oriented company that allowed consultants to maxmize their value to clients and organizations. I always felt that I was contributing to the mission of the organization and assisting clients with their career transitions in the most meaningful ways. I enjoyed the variety of cleints and organizations to work with. The business model at the time of my employment was very focused on delivering the highest level of service that made clients successful in their job transitions.

    Cons

    At the time of employment, there were no cons for me. The job expectations were clearly defined and I always had the resources to meet these. Felt empowered. Business model has changed so a candidate may need to investigate this as they relate to service delivery.
