    I have been working at Right at Home full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    We help people stay at home where they are more comfortable and I believe they are happier. I have a wonderful supervisor and great co-workers. This company is very dedicated to the clients and their needs.

    Cons

    Due to the changes in healthcare insurances, there are less people able to stay home.

    Pros

    They work around your schedule and match you to the right client. They pay you what your worth and express their appreciation.

    Cons

    When your client job is over there is no work until another comes in. This sometimes can take a couple of weeks or so.
