    Pros

One of the higher paying companies for caregivers, high hiring standards, provide quality care.

    Cons

No benefits, long hours, stressful office environment. High turnover rate for caregivers. Had to pull caregivers off cases if clients were racist, and lie to caregivers about why they didn't have a job anymore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be nice to your office employees, they take on a LOT of stress. Many of them take it home with them.
