Not bad workplace...as far as jobs go

Team Member (Former Employee)

I worked at Rio Grande full-time for more than a year

ProsPeople are great, fun and nice working environment. Depending on what team you are on, opportunity to grow professionally. No chance for promotions, but team environment makes up for it (depending on team).

ConsManagement structure prohibits growth...for the company and for employees. Flat business model, lacks leadership roles. Lots of petty office politics.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange corporate management style to increase growth...great industry, no management.
