Too much politics and BS all over the company, no job stability found in this company

RTP Administrative (Former Employee)
South Jordan, UT

I worked at Rio Tinto full-time for more than 5 years

Prosgood pay, great benefits, diversify cultures, free gym, (some) fun coworkers

Constoo much to put in here. You name it: politics, games, betrayal, side taking, sleep their way up, manager is just someone who monitors what time you come in and go home and propose your position to be eliminated. Sucks environment. No job secure whatsoever.

Advice to Senior Managementno advice because these people don't care. Also, HR is useless. You can't trust anyone there but yourself!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Fast paced work environment, mixed experience with management

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee)
Salt Lake City, UT

I worked at Rio Tinto full-time for more than a year

Pros: Faced paced work environment makes days go quickly; most managers and supervisors are supportive and make an effort… Cons: A handful of managers are not good at their jobs, but remain in… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
