    Pros

-Ability to work on larger projects
    - international assignments
    - great benefits and compensation
    - great people and managers

    Cons

    - Big and bureaucratic
    - confused strategic direction
    - difficult rising in the organization
    - seems like you need to be Australian to advance

    Advice to Management

You need to work on consistency. I worked in several different business units and the culture and application of standards were quite different. The company is very cliquey and some of the groups are very resistant to change. Pick a strategy and stick with it for more than a year. You waste too much money paying consultants without any real oversight.

Too much politics and BS all over the company, no job stability found in this company

    Pros

good pay, great benefits, diversify cultures, free gym, (some) fun coworkers

    Cons

too much to put in here. You name it: politics, games, betrayal, side taking, sleep their way up, manager is just someone who monitors what time you come in and go home and propose your position to be eliminated. Sucks environment. No job secure whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

no advice because these people don't care. Also, HR is useless. You can't trust anyone there but yourself!
