If that trend continues, there will be greater opportunity for current or soon to be employees. - Great atmosphere, office, amenities, culture, & co-workers

- Upper management is open to (and encourages) ideas & process innovations from anyone in the company, there can be a bit of a disconnect between management and employees. - Expect some relatively late nights at the office
