Pros

Most companies require managers to work 50-60 hours per week, and we only have to work 45. The pay is decent. I have an excellent manager. She is more than willing to do what she can to make sure everyone is happy with the schedule each week. She understands that I am in charge of the store when she isn't there, and she makes sure that I know what is required to step up on her behalf. She is never condencending. I have a good district manger, as well. He is down to earth and never behaves like he's better that anyone. I have a lot of respect for that. My store is a great store. We all get along well, there's a lot of teamwork, and the drama is very minimal.

Cons

Holidays. Blah. Can't corporate understand that we have families too? Office and upper management all get holidays off. Listen....WE HATE WORKING HOLIDAYS!!! Also, the amount of spending on company cars for upper management is ridiculous. I mean, who gets a Charger as a work vehicle. Really? Why not spend a little more at store level...maybe boost morale a little. Benefits are too expensive, and I think such a large company could offer better plans for their emplyees. Also, I think that unless you're in management, the pay is low.
