    Pros

It's nice work if you really enjoy helping customers. You start out making just over minimum wage, and you get like 14 cent raises. You never get a paid vacation, either, but it's a good place to work if you want to take unpaid vacations here and there.

    Cons

Most employees are always working out in the floor, and if you are new, good luck, you just may be only a cashier forever. You will need to fight to have a chance to do some of the floor work. At least that's what I was told when I complained about always having to cash. The managers really do have favorites. Only the favorites get to stand around, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give everyone a chance to do other things in the store. Nobody should ever have to only cash. You really should pay more money and offer paid vacations, too.
