    Pros

    Quitting. Not working there anymore.

    Cons

Worst place ever. Gave me 5 hours a week, sometimes no hours. This place is terrible. The manager was terrible. Always complaining to me and nitpicking everything that I did. Don't work here.

I worked at Rite Aid full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great pay and benefits, conceptually forward thinking.

    Cons

Poor management practices, district managers have a very bias way of handling situations and do not pay attention to thier cohorts and subordinates when making decisions. Company viability has been questionable over the years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

bring back some of the old district managers that were talented and knew how to effectively manage a district. Focus more on providing quality customer service and more pharmaceutical, health hygene and beauty products and less fringe items. Be more like a pharmacy than a miniaturized version of a big box store.
