ProsGreat opportunities for customers to save with the Wellness plus card.

ConsDoes not get out in the community enough to share the benefits with those who can use it most

Advice to Senior ManagementTalk to the people in your community and teach them about your stores and some of the benefits of using Rite Aid over other places.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

poor training with poor management

Pros: this is a good job for young adults/teens to earn… Cons: start the shift at 7:30 am - 1:00 with no rest breaks. periods of long standing with no breaks. The managers would buy their… Advice to Senior Management: if the manager was there more with the shift manager… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
