Not a bad place to work if you have the right attitude

Shift Supervisor (Current Employee)
Jackson, MI

ProsThe store I work in is relatively small, so I get to know each and every one of our customers and talk to them for a few minutes each day to see how they're doing.

ConsIt can be a bit of a hassle trying to get specific time off.

Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure that Store Management is taking care of employees who do their jobs well and reprimand those who do it poorly

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Detroit, MI

I have been working at Rite Aid full-time for more than a year

Pros: I enjoy the people at the store level that I work with… Cons: They are no set processes. They are continuously reactive to situations and none of the management is on one wave… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
