I have been working at Rite Aid full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

The store I work in is relatively small, so I get to know each and every one of our customers and talk to them for a few minutes each day to see how they're doing.

Cons

It can be a bit of a hassle trying to get specific time off.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ensure that Store Management is taking care of employees who do their jobs well and reprimand those who do it poorly
