    Pros

If your lucky you'll get to work in a good store. The associate discount is nice when you need to purchase something.

    Cons

The pay is way below the hard work you put into a shift. You will be short staffed to the point where you just can't get all the work done. District management constantly wants to cut and cut and cut your hours to the point of having a paper thin staff and not seem to care one bit.

    Advice to Management

Pay your store employees a little bit more and give them some credit for the hard work they do. Cutting hours and treating them like garbage is not the answer. This just causes us to not care and just go elsewhere for a job.
