Advice to Senior Management
Rite aid hase oer 5000 stores probably about 150k employees. If employees had n incentive to buy something that could make you guys millions right there. otherwise we'll just go somewhere else. Were customers too, and a little more sensitive to our needs.
Corporate treats everyone at store level like they are developmentally disabled. How else would you react to a 2 page color glossy worksheet explaining how to put items in a bag.
Stop making so many sale signs: if the whole section of head and shoulders is on sale we don't need all 50 to have sinage. Best bet would be to have fewer and larger signs.
we dont need 6000 sign change every month.
The new ones are so small that seniors can't read them at all.
cutting 120$ in payroll isn't going to make us more efficiant. were just going to cheat at csi and the cycle count. believe me
we know *67 blocks the caller id. the rating us 1-5 doesen't work either since we know one thru four equals a bad rating anyway.
Please stop using your incompitance as an excuse to fire us. If we order for truck day , and we don't get half of the items, don't make it to be our fault that the wharehouse doesen't have them, and employ someone else as a go-fer. Driving sixty miles for four 50.0z tides is rediculous.
To make use more efficiant have us do less by cutting all the useless paperwork or at least have it print on a spreadsheet at the end of the week organized and accessible via the portal.
Give us some leewey to make our own decisions . back me up not write me up.
do you have any idea how much money you loose chalked up to (customer service)
Have a mandetory (store training) week for corporate employees
make them go to a store as a training manager, and dont tell the store they are corporate.
the backroom program is a great idea, and so is the portal for looking at our profitability.
