I have been working at Rite Aid full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

fairly flexable with schedules and the 401k is good insurance not bad

    Cons

no potential for job growth, treated like an animal management team
works alone?meaning one manager at a time and no cashier or floor help
cant even goto the bathroom.they ant you to run register do call in
resets etc while giving good customer service along with everything else
no thanks just questions why you cant do more or do do better, cut payroll
to the bare bones to show profit

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

ceo and everyone under hom should work as a manager or ashift
and a cashier for 2 weeks with no more resources than what the stores
have now?then tell usand show us how to our job on our own and get it all done
people realy try to the right thing but you make them feel like animals
and a number and easily replaced, which is not truevery hard to get good people
to work and betreated like that
