Coworkers Location Accommodates personal time off needs

Cons

Sr Mgmt wastes too much of the company's money No career paths. You are stuck in your position unless you are tight with Sr Mgmt and/or provide favors

Advice to Management

Cut the spending that Sr Mgmt wastes. Give better compensation to store employees. Company policies should apply to everyone, including Sr Mgmt.

    Flexible schedule, Pleasant and courteous store management

    Cons

    Yearly raise is 10 cents max, Very stressful, Not well staffed, Not compensated enough for the work load

    Advice to Management

    Please give technicians at least $10 per hour. We work very hard. Cut your big bonuses !

    Pros

    The schedules are relatively flexible and the store discount is nice. The benefits are alright. Co-workers generally get along very well with each other.

    Cons

    Minimal pay and outrageously low and only yearly raises are terrible. There are not enough people to carry the workload and give quality customer service, and no payroll to hire more. The restriction on management personnel per store doesn't work well in action. Corporate policies are changed frequently and there is no basic standards held from store to store. There is little room for advancement. Many company programs seem ok on paper, but (again) not well in the store.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of the people who are there every day dealing with customers. Employees want to give great customer service, but it is difficult when a store is short staffed, overworked and not backed up by upper management. It seems to be a bit too "my way or the highway" and no suggestions or explanations from store associates seem to be listened to. There need to be better, clear cut and completely standard policies. Raise moral within lower employees and work on making prices more competitive, stock more readily available and eliminating time consuming and unnecessary programs.
