Current Employee – been working at Ritz-Carlton

Pros – Benefits are great, Staff is not what you expect from a Ritz... They feed you a shift meal everyday, sometimes you may even get something hot.

Cons – long hours, nights, weekends, hard to get off if needed, schedules never consistent, work every holiday, management is all on to bigger things

Advice to Senior Management – Training training training training... More time for families and personal life, Management needs to work along line staff to see whats really going on
