ConsWith the real estate crash in 2008, the company remained stuck to old ways and were arrogant about the state of the industry, instead of adapting to change and attempting to innovate and bounce back.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the senior sales team about what is important, they are the people on the front line working with prospective Members.
