Pros

The company offers a lot of training to its employees and lays out what is expected. Follow their procedures and policies and everything else is pretty much a given.

Cons

A lot of red tape.
As a company, their standards and polices are detailed and high-- it proves frustrating when those who are hired there do not mirror said standards. Such a dichotomy causes quite the confusion.

    Pros

    Beautiful properties in wonderful locations. Excellent service from the hotel teams. The best customers! Many, many wonderful employees. Excellent training program. The product and service make it easy to be in sales!

    Cons

    Lack of management causes employee relationship issues. Expected to work overtime without pay. Many staff changes/moves caused lack of consistency in service and hurt relationship building with customers - it was confusing for a customer to call in to get a new assistant each time.

    Advice to Management

    Stop gossip immediately rather than joining in. Motivate your sales team. It seemed like minimal effort was being applied to building new relationships. Treat all employees equally.

    Extremely well company, they take care of their employees.

    Cons

    Wages are not as much as expected from such a prestigious hotel.

    Advice to Management

    Hotel employees wages should make more.
