Former Employee – worked at Ritz-Carlton part-time for more than a year

Pros – The company offers a lot of training to its employees and lays out what is expected. Follow their procedures and policies and everything else is pretty much a given.

Cons – A lot of red tape.
As a company, their standards and polices are detailed and high-- it proves frustrating when those who are hired there do not mirror said standards. Such a dichotomy causes quite the confusion.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
