    I worked at Ritz-Carlton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits like discounted hotel rooms, employee incentives and great hotel-wide morale boosters.

    Cons

Terrible work/life balance, upper management for front office highly disorganized and fluctuating schedule.

    Advice to Management

Nurture the Front-Office. This department is after all the blood-line of every hotel.

    Doesn't Recommend

    I worked at Ritz-Carlton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are nice....Document everything if you're planning to take a vacation, leave of absence, etc..

    Cons

No life outside of that Hotel. Hours are long just like any other restaurant which is why I've decided to transition into something else

    Advice to Management

You definitely have to pay your dues to get into a managerial role. Leadership was good and organized for the most part
