“Great management, atmosphere, and benefits”
Current Employee – been working at Riverbed Technology full-time for more than a year
Pros – Fast growing, pays well with great intangible benefits (free food at HQ, vacation time, Apple laptops and ipads, etc..)
Cons – Sales driven company. (this can also be considered a Pro as RVBD will do what it takes to make a sale, but you are always judged on your performance)
Advice to Senior Management – Do not lose the startup mentality and flat management style. It is refreshing and keeps the company moving up
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
