“Recently Joined and Very Impressed”
Current Employee – been working at Riverbed Technology full-time for less than a year
Pros – Riverbed's recruiting and hiring teams are very well organized and particularly good at matching candidates with opportunities. Technical staff are both brilliant and friendly making it easy to join a team and quickly contribute. Management maintains the agility and sense of community from when Riverbed was a start-up even as it grows into a billion dollar business.
Cons – Dogs are not permitted in the office, but that is not significant and is not expected as a company grows beyond a very small size.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
