Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to communicate better with their direct employees, and manage their time better. It seems like the company thinks it is doing people a favor by letting them work for them, but honestly there are much better places to work with better career advancement opportunities, better pay, better benefits, and more exciting jobs in general.
