Riverview Hospital – “Great place to work, great staff, patient focused”
Pros
Empowerment of management to allow staff to do what they do to meet patient needs. Support of management to get the tools you need to assist with patient care.
Cons
Some issues are not always fully addressed with higher management.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what you are doing.
