Comparable $$ - Family life / work balance in some departments is good, some not - sadly following the rest of the world re: Benefits
Cons
Too many chiefs while the rest continue to be downsized and carry the load but not compensated even if it is only an atta-boy.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat ALL ppl w/respect. Just because someone is a Director does not make them more valuable
