Robert Bosch LLC – “Aging Workforce Hinders Progress”

Pros

Good salary, good location. Global corporate opportunities were available to personnel willing to take them. Bosch Production Systems three day training was top notch. There are a lot of initiatives for hiring younger personnel.

Cons

A majority of the people I worked with were within 5 years of retirement. There was not an apparent large push to recruit younger, fresh college grads.

Advice to Senior Management

The program to recruit and keep younger people is good. I don't think it is being adopted enough by management.
