Robert Bosch LLC – “Not recommended”

Pros

Chance to work internationally.
The company is so big that reading on review will not provide much relevant information; my experience with Bosch was very negative, you may fare better than me.

Cons

Very political and they do not seem to be concerned with helping employees do a better job.

Advice to Senior Management

Very disjointed company; multiple support departments fighting to support the same groups and it did not appear that upper management really cared about the wasted resouces spent on this.
