Pros

- interesting tasks
- proper treatment even for students, the work done counts
- great benefits once you get a permanent contract

Cons

- complicated processes for everything

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- have been here only for a short time but feel very comfortable and recognized by everyone. SO far I wouldnt complain

    Location - middle of nowhere (especially if you are suppoosed to travel a lot for work).

    I worked at Robert Bosch as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    You get given a lot responsibility within a project and thus get more involved with the decisions made in the company.
    You able to change between departments easily if you want to.
    The high number of interns makes the workplace more enjoyable.

    Cons

    The bureaucracy within the company hinders progress.
    Some staff are very unfriendly towards interns.
    A lack of proper training or introduction leaves you unprepared for some tasks.

    Have a better induction system for interns.
