Money.... its a sales job. Here the cream rises. If you are one of the best, you will be compensated better here than anywhere else in the industry.

Cons

Its the downsides of recruiting in general. If you want to be successful you have to be driven and work hard. Annuity only helps so much, you constantly have to develop new business to be successful.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Let the tenured staff perform and allow the new entrants to learn from the best in the industry.
