Because the company is public and sequential growth from year to year and quarter to quarter is required for the shareholders the pressure that management places on the sales force when the economy goes down hill is crazy.

Advice to Senior Management

Realize that your sales force is your primary contact with the public and if they are unhappy then the public face of RHI is not going to be presented in its best light.
