Robert Half in Sydney is a great place to work if you're young, very social, and have a great attitude toward sales. If you're purely focused on performance and capability, you'll find a place here.

Cons

Newcomers would have difficulty fitting in to established cliques and routines. If you're not a big drinker, it's also hard to socialise. Non-sales employees are also often second-class, and senior management makes that quite clear.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should encourage the employee relationships that exist but be aware of the difficulties of outsiders to fit in. The company has an intense, young culture in Sydney and is not an easy place for family-oriented people to work.
