Great comp. plan. Competitive environment. If you enjoy sales and have a knowledge of accounting and finance then it is a perfect opportunity.

Cons

Long hours. Pretty stressful work environment. Being micromanaged on a day to day basis.That is sales though so you should know what you are getting into.

Overall I think the management has the company on the right track and will be extremely sucessful once the economy turns.
