Pros

It was nice that you were running your own business essentially. They have nice offices and the benefits are decent.

Cons

There is extreme micromanagement and people will lie or do anything to make a sale. It is a terrible work environment. Senior management can not be trusted and they will fire people without reason or cause.

Advice to Senior Management

Give people training and pay them enough in the beginning so they can afford their normal life. Don't expect people to perform when you do not give them the training they need to do the job.
