Best name in the industry, hands down. Most people in the finance industry are aware of our reputation, which makes the sell much easier. If you happen to be a top performer (whether by luck or talent), the company will reward you handsomely and leave you alone. Complements flow from top management to the best performers. You can make six figures in this business if you are lucky enough to have a bunch of good companies on your target list.
Cons
If you think outside of the box (or don't agree with management), you wont make it. Attitude is everything at this company. The company promotes top performers/top followers to management roles. As a entry level staffing manager, you are pretty much on your own. If you don't perform..you're gone. If you happen to be average or below average, you most likely will burn out. It's an exhausting job; working from 7:30am until 6:30pm or longer. Only top management is over the age of 35. If you don't get promoted, you burn out and leave or get fired. If you happen to be in the good graces of management, you are going to have a long career at this company.
Advice to Senior Management
Work on your turnover. Clients don't like talking to 3 or 4 different staffing managers in a given year. Stability is the key.
