Pros

You get paid within two days, most of the time.

Cons

Entry level candidates, even with a Bachelors degree are at the bottom of the food chain. It may take months before your first assignment. My assignments have been mostly grunt work, with one data entry job. Doing great at an assignment isn't indicative of whether or not you get more work. The last assignment given to me was two months ago, and it was because they were desperate to get a 4:30 am convention assignment filled. Don't get your hopes up if you're just starting your career.

I have been working at Robert Half

    Pros

They work for you to find you a job. They pay you weekly, not bi-weekly. They have a great reputation on the street for placing consultants.

    Cons

They pay you the bare minimum they have to. There is a lot of promises of promotions or increases in pay but nothing materializes. Your agent can often be "hard to get a hold of". And their benefits package is brutal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure RHI and whoever the employer is (client) are on the same page. Specifically on topics such as overtime, promotions and benefits.
