Pros

Always new projects to work on, they keep you busy all the time, they will be strong through and grow again after the economy gets better. They do a great job of ensuring reviews are done every year and take care of their employees from a merit and bonus perspective. I've received a bonus every 6 months since I got there and annual merit as well.

Cons

Little too formal in employee communication..scripts are used. Not a place where you can just walk up to senior management without the potential of them using it against you. Could be tough in the next year

Advice to Senior Management

Try not to be so 'stiff' at times and work on the 401k/match/stock programs.
